1.3.
ACCESSORIES
It is possible to connect 2 types of accessories to the card: the rain sensor and wind sensor, or photocells.
1.3.1.
Photocell and rain sensor power supply
The pair of photocells, RX and TX, and the rain sensor are powered by the +12 and GND (-) or COM2 terminals. Maximum absorption: 80 mA.
1.3.2.
Wind sensor
The wind sensor (anemometer) is connected to the COM2 and "WIND SYMBOL" terminals. In the case of wind, the motor is started in closing mode in order
to close the window or blind. Sensitivity can be adjusted using a trimmer that establishes the operation threshold.
1.3.3.
Rain sensor
The output contact, NC, is connected between the "RAIN SYMBOL" and COM2 or GND (-) terminals. In the case of rain, the sensor starts up the motor in
closing mode.
1.3.4.
Photocells
If photocells are pre-arranged (DIP2 in ON position), they are connected to the COM2 and "WIND SYMBOL" with the normally closed contact. If activated
during automation closing, they reverse the direction of the motor movement and cut out, if on, the MAN PRESENT function until the manoeuvre is completed.
1.4.
ANTENNA TERMINALS
An antenna is already connected to the ANT terminal (a lead about 18 cm long). If necessary, it is possible to connect an external antenna between the ANT
and GND terminals (Type ZL25).
1.5.
RADIO RECEIVER
The card comes with a 433MHz radio receiver.
1.5.1
Radio code programming
To program the radio control codes (max. 250 can be stored):
- press the "RESET" and "PROGR" keys at the same time, and the red LED turns on.
- release only the "RESET" key and keep the "PROGR" key pressed until the green LED turns on.
- release the "PROGR" key. Now the card enters the programming phase.
- press the radio control key you want to store. Receipt of the code is confirmed when the green LED turns off and then back on.
1.5.2
Exiting radio code programming
The card exits radio code programming due to time-out after about 10", without receiving codes, if you try to store a code already stored or if you press the
card "RESET" key.
1.5.3
Deletion of all radio codes
To delete the radio codes, follow these instructions: Press the "RESET" and "PROGR" keys at the same time, release the "RESET" key and keep the
"PROGR" key pressed until the green LED turns on. Now release the "PROGR" key and press it again; the green LED blinks at a certain frequency; release
the key and press it again another time. Now all of the radio code are deleted.
1.6
PC TERMINALS
Several operation parameters can be changed with the PC. The TXRX and GND terminals are used to connect an interface, type 6952/A, between the card
and the PC.
1.7
ADJUSTMENT TRIMMER
There are 2 trimmers for adjusting the sensitivity of the anemometer and the work time.
1.7.1
Anemometer trimmer
With the first trimmer, on the left, the frequency with which control via the anemometer to start automation closing is adjusted. DIP-SWITCH 2 must be set
on OFF for this type of operation. Turn clockwise, towards +, to increase wind sensitivity.
1.7.2
Motor work time trimmer
The work time is adjusted with the "STROKE" trimmer: OPENING / CLOSING.
1.7.3
Motor work time adjustment
- Before storing the opening and closing, close the automation (manually release the irreversible motors).
- Adjust the trimmer to a work time slightly less than the time necessary for total automation opening (stroke set with the mechanical limit switches).
NOTE : In case of man present (DIP 1 ON), the time is disabled unless the radio control is being used.
Example of setting the work time with respect to the trimmer position:
T=4"
T=15"

T=30"
T=60"
T=130"
T=225"
