Changing the Default Settings
Line Filter Frequency — 50 Hz or 60 Hz
The meter has a built-in line filter to reject unwanted noise. Setting the filter to the appropriate
frequency will maximize the meter's accuracy.
1. With the meter off, press and hold Select.
2. Turn the selector to Hz. Release Select.
3. Press:
• Range for the 50 Hz line filter.
• Rel ∆ for the 60 Hz line filter.
4. Press Hold
Temperature Scale — Fahrenheit or Celsius
With the meter off, press and hold Rel ∆.

Turn the selector to °F °C. Release Rel ∆.

• Range for Celsius.
• Rel ∆ for Fahrenheit.
4. Press Hold
