2. A beep sounds and the function keys appear on the control panel 1 . The
display 25 shows the temperature and preparation time alternately and for about 5
seconds each.
3. Press the menu button 30 .
4. Each time you press the button again, you advance one programme.
The respective programme symbol lights up on the control panel.
The display 25 alternately shows the temperature and preparation time for about 5
seconds each. The On/Off button 29 flashes.
You can adjust the temperature and time if necessary. Determine the required
preparation time for the respective ingredient (see chapter "Manual temperature
and time setting").
5. Press the On/Off button 29 .
A beep sounds. The On/Off button 29 lights up continuously and the preparation
process starts. The display 25 alternately shows the temperature and the remaining
preparation time for about 5 seconds each.
When the time has elapsed, a beep sounds and the preparation process ends. The
display goes out and the time is shown as "00". The On/Off button 29 flashes.
6. Disconnect the product from the mains.
7. Remove the insert using the bow handle 11 or the grid tray 4 with insulated gloves.
Manual temperature and time setting
You can set the preparation time and temperature manually. This is also possible
during the preparation process.
- Press the buttons 33 and 32 to set the temperature in 5 °C steps.
- Press the buttons 27 and 26 to set the preparation time in minute steps.

These additional cooking times, temperatures and quantities are only indicative. They
may vary depending on the nature of the food being cooked.
