INSTALLATION
General
Glo-Ray 2-Go
Heated Shelves are shipped with most
®
components pre-assembled. Care should be taken when
unpacking the shipping carton to avoid damage to the unit and
components enclosed.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Unit is not weatherproof.
Locate unit indoors where ambient air temperature is a
minimum of 21°C (70°F).
FIRE HAZARD: Locate unit a minimum of 25 mm (1") from
combustible walls and materials. If safe distances are not
maintained, combustion or discoloration could occur.
1. Remove the unit and any loose components from the carton.
NOTE: To prevent delay in obtaining warranty coverage, complete
online warranty registration. See the IMPORTANT
OWNER INFORMATION section for details.
2. Remove tape and protective packaging from all surfaces
of unit.
NOTICE
Do not lay unit on the front or side. Damage to the unit
could occur.
3. Install a foot into each of the four shelf posts.
• Thread a foot into the hole at each corner on the bottom
of the shelf post. Hand-tighten the foot until snug—do
not over-tighten.

4. Install each shelf post assembly to the bottom shelf using
the supplied screws.
• Make sure to install the shelf post with cord clamps next
to the power cords.

5. Install the remaining shelf/shelves to the shelf posts using
the supplied screws. This step may require two people.

6. Place the unit in the desired location.
• Locate the unit in an area where the ambient air
temperature is constant and a minimum of 21°C
(70°F). Avoid areas that may be subject to active air
movements or currents (i.e., near exhaust fans/hoods,
air conditioning ducts, and exterior doors).
• Make sure the floor is level and the unit is in an area
convenient for use.
7. Install wall brackets on GRS2GC-3920-4 models.
NOTE: Wall brackets are optional for GRS2GC-3920-2 models.
a. Fasten the wall bracket to each side of the unit using the
supplied screws.
b. Position the wall bracket flush against the wall.
c. Mark the locations for the wall bracket fasteners through
the holes on the wall brackets.
d. Pre-drill the holes in the wall at the marked locations for
the appropriate wall bracket fastening system.
e. Install the wall bracket using the appropriate fasteners.
