General
Use the following procedure to operate Glo-Ray 2-Go Heated
Shelves.
WARNING
Read all safety messages in the IMPORTANT SAFETY
INFORMATION section before operating this equipment.
Startup
1. Plug the male plug of the jumper cord into the power
outlet on the upstream unit, and the female plug connects
to the power inlet on the downstream unit. Each unit is
independently-controlled.
2. Plug the female end of the detachable power cord into the
power inlet on the back of the unit.
3. Plug the male end of the detachable power cord
into a properly grounded electrical receptacle of the
correct voltage, size, and plug configuration. See the
SPECIFICATIONS section for details.
4. Move the Power I/O (On/Off) switch to the I (on) position.
CAUTION
BURN HAZARD: Some exterior surfaces on the unit will
get hot. Use caution when touching these areas.
5. Allow 30 minutes to preheat.
NOTE: The digital temperature controller is pre-set to a setpoint
temperature of 65°C (150°F) at the factory. Once the
setpoint temperature is changed, the new setpoint
temperature will remain in memory until it is changed
again. The minimum to maximum setpoint temperature
range is 21°C (70°F) to 90°C (194°F).
NOTE: Temperature settings may vary depending upon product
make-up and consistency. The interior thermometer
displays the temperature of the shelf, not the food
product temperature.
Shutdown
1. Move the Power I/O (On/Off) switch to the O (off) position.
2. Unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool before
performing any cleaning or maintenance.

Unlocking the Temperature Controller
1. Press the key one time.
2. If the display shows "Loc", hold the
until the display shows "UnL".
NOTE: If the icon flashes on the display after the first step,
the temperature controller is unlocked.
Changing the Setpoint Temperature
Use the following procedure to change the setpoint temperature.
1. Press the key one time.
• The icon will flash on the display.
2. Press the key or
change the setpoint temperature.
3. Wait 15 seconds to save new setpoint temperature.
