Hopper Drying Ovens for Fluxes
The hopper drying oven is only designed and manufactured for specifi c function. Be sure to use
all of the safety devices supplied or suggested by the manufacturer.
Any modifi cation to the oven and relevant accessories is forbidden.
Always remember that electricity is applied to the oven even if the thermostat is OFF.
Important note: Load the oven fully any time a drying cycle is done; the heating elements
must be covered by the fl ux during the drying cycle.
7.2. Not allowed use
Do not store or heat liquids.
Do not tamper with electrical circuitry of the oven.
Do not leave the air snorkels closed during the drying cycle (their opening improves air circulation)
Do not use the oven at the open air and exposed to weather inclemencies.
Do not use the oven without the appropriate safety devices.
When the oven has to be controlled, please switch the main power switch off, before operating.
In case of fi re, do not use liquid or foam fi re extinguisher.
8. DISASSEMBLY AFTER USE
When the utilisation is completed, switch the main power supply off and remove the remaining
fl ux. Store the oven in a sheltered and dried place protected by accidental impacts.
9. DISMOUNTING INDICATIONS
9.1. General indications
Do not waste the oven in the ambient.
Make a separation of the components selecting by category for a possible reuse or separate waste.
In any case please refer also the local regulations about waste.

10. WARRANTY
10.1. General conditions
WELDLINE guarantees the product mentioned in this manual for a period of 24 (twenty-four)
months from the date of delivery.
The warranty is valid for the above mentioned period and only for the parts that will have defect
of design or defective material.
Complaints have to be sent directly to WELDLINE mentioning the reason of the defect.
WELDLINE will give you further instructions for repairing or replacing the complained parts.
Any transport expenses will be covered by the customer.
10.2. Limitations
WELDLINE is not and will not be responsible for:
• Improper use of the oven
• A use against the national and/or International regulations in force
• Improper or wrong connection
• Bad fault on maintenance
• Unauthorized modifi cations and/or services
• Use of non-original spare parts or non-specifi c components
• Inobservance of the instructions, also only partially
• Unusual events as natural disasters, wars, strikes or similars.
