An error code is the visible reaction to an electric issue.
Error code does not mean there is a defective component!

Most of the time it is just a warning to signal an empty battery or a disconnected
cable.
Error
Each system error have a specic number.
The error code appears on the BC900 display.
Resolution
Battery Pack voltage too low. Please charge the battery Pack.
The Battery Pack voltage is not correct for this system. Please install the speci-
fic Battery Pack for your eBike System.
Check the motor wire connection. Restart the eBike System. If the problem
persists, contact your Decathlon workshop.
The eBike is outside of the permissible temperature range. Switch off the eBike
and allow the drive unit to either cool down or heat up to the permissible tem-
perature. Restart the system. If the problem persists, contact your Decathlon
workshop.
Temperature sensor damaged. Contact your Decathlon workshop.
Current sensor damaged. Contact your Decathlon workshop.
Error in the communication with the Battery Pack. If the problem persists,
contact your Decathlon workshop.
Battery Pack voltage too low. Please charge the battery Pack.
The eBike is outside of the permissible temperature range. Switch off the eBike
and allow the drive unit to either cool down or heat up to the permissible tem-
perature. Restart the system. If the problem persists, contact your Decathlon
workshop.
Current supplied by the Battery Pack is too high. Please reduce the demand
and restart the eBike System. If the problem persists, contact your Decathlon
workshop.
Battery Pack voltage too low. Please charge the battery Pack.
Check the condition of the motor connector.
Check that the motor connector is correctly connected and the arrows are
correctly aligned.
Check the condition of the motor cable.
Check that the connector pins are not damaged or misaligned.
Restart the eBike System. If the problem persists, contact your Decathlon
workshop.
New component detected not associated to this eBike system. Please contact
your Decathlon workshop to activate it.
Default System Parameters established.
Error in the Error Database System. Restart the eBike System. If the problem
persists, contact your Decathlon workshop.
Battery Pack sensor damaged. Restart the eBike System. If the problem per-
sists, contact your Decathlon workshop.
