13. FAULT VISUALISATION AND INSPECTION

The LED does not light up
when the unit is plugged in.
Some buttons do not work
or the LED display is not
normal.
The cooking mode indicator
lights up, but heating does
not start.
The heating suddenly stops
during operation and "u"
flashes on the display.
Heating zones on the same
side (such as the first and
second zone) would show
"u" .
The fan motor sounds
abnormally.
PROBLEM
No power is supplied.
Connected accessory power supply
board and display board fail.
The accessory power supply board is
damaged.
The display board is damaged.
The display board is damaged.
High hotplate temperature.
Something is wrong with the fan.
The power supply board is damaged.
Pan Type is wrong.
The diameter of the pot is too small.
The pan has overheated;
Failure in the connection of the power
board and the display board;
The display board of the
communication part is damaged.
The main board is damaged.
The fan motor is damaged.
Check that the plug is securely fitted into the
socket and that the socket is working.
Check the connection.
Please contact the technical service.
Ambient temperature may be too high. The air
inlet or outlet may be blocked.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Use the appropriate pot (see instruction manual).
The unit is overheated. Wait for the temperature to
return to normal.
Press the "ON/OFF" button to reset the unit.
Check the connection.
