4 Setup
4.1 Safety Information
Risk of Damage
– Check all parts for transport damage and check
before usage. Contact your provider if required.
– Ensure during assembly that the parts are
positioned correctly with respect to one
another.
– It is recommended to wash the covers before
first use, refer to 7.2 Cleaning and Disinfection,
page 21.
4.2 Setting up Bath Lift
WARNING!
Risk of Slipping
The bath lift can slip if the suction cups do not
have a proper hold.
– Clean the bathtub and the suction cups with a
damp cloth before setting up the bath lift.
– Do not change the position of the bath lift in
the bathtub once it is set up.
WARNING!
Risk of Injury and Damage!
– Only set up the bath lift in bathtubs that
comply with the specifications of the following
table.
– If a lateral overflow is present in the bathtub,
use the optional special side flaps.
