Description
The on/off button can be used to switch the
device on and off. A self test is carried out
automatically when the device is switched on.
After a successful self-test, the zero weight
0.000 g is shown on the display.
The scale can be zeroed by pressing the "-> 0 <-"
button and the zero weight is shown on the
display. This procedure is only possible within a
range of ± 2 % of the maximum load. If the value
exceeds this range, the display shows the error
message "<Err2>" and emits an acoustic signal.
Zeroing is only possible when the display is
stable.
If the voltage level is too low during battery
operation, the battery symbol appears on the
display. This indicates that the battery should be
charged immediatly. The battery can be charged
using the supply power; mains operation is also
possible. The charging status of the battery can
be displayed by pressing the "ESC+T" button
combination.
