e. Rotate the handlebar to adjust the
height until it is in a position where
the rider can rest their hands on
the handlebar grips with shoulders
relaxed. Use the 6 mm hex key
(included in the toolkit) to hand
tighten the bolts until they are
seated in the counterboard. Using
the torque wrench (not included) to
tighten the four bolts to a torque of
15–16 ft-lb (20–22 N m) in diagonal
order shown in Fig. 4c.
f. Give the handlebar assembly a good jerk back and forth to verify that it is properly
secured. Loose handlebar may cause serious injury!
