CAUSE
◾
The battery packs
are not (properly)
attached to the mini
bike.
◾
No electrical
contact between the
electrical components
and battery packs.
◾
The battery pack
charge is depleted.
◾
The battery packs or
mini bike are too hot.
◾
The kickstand is not
retracted.
◾
The READY button is
not pressed before
turning the throttle.
◾
The battery packs are
not fully charged.
◾
Old/damaged battery
packs.
◾
Under-inflated tires.
◾
Mini bike load
exceeds the capacity.
◾
Speed limiter switch
is on.
SOLUTION
◾
Properly attach the battery packs to
the mini bike.
◾
Remove battery packs, check
contacts and reinstall the battery
packs.
◾
Charge the battery packs.
◾
Take a break, remove the battery
packs, and allow the battery packs
and mini bike to cool.
◾
Retract the kickstand before riding or
reversing.
◾
Press the READY button beside the
right handlebar before turning the
throttle.
◾
Charge the battery packs.
◾
Replace the battery packs.
◾
Inflate the tires to 32 psi (220.6 kPa)
when they are cold.
◾
Keep mini bike load within 220 lbs.

Turn off the speed limiter switch.
