CAUTION:
Customer Service for adjustment, repair and replacement.
◾
Inspect frame and front fork for cracks in welds and/or
bending of structure.
◾
Inspect the front fork. Look for the presence of oil on the
outer tube of the suspension. If present, do not ride mini
bike. Have it serviced immediately. Contact EGO customer
service for support.
◾
Inspect the rear shock. Look for the presence of oil on
the outer tube of shock absorber. Verify that shock is not
disconnected or malfunctioning. If oil is detected, the shock
is disconnected from frame or malfunctioning, have mini
bike serviced. Contact EGO customer service for support.
◾
Clean fork tubes to remove bugs, tar, or any buildup which
would lead to seal wear and leakage.
◾
Inspect outer surface of inner fork for scratches and
damage from foreign objects. If scratches and/or damage
are found, have your mini bike serviced. Contact EGO
customer service for support.
◾
Test your suspension. Straddle the mini bike and bring it to
an upright position. For the front suspension, apply the front
brake and push down hard on the handlebars several times.
The suspension should operate smoothly and quietly.
◾
Have the mini bike's front and rear sag adjusted for the
weight of the rider. This needs to be performed by a certified
technician. Contact EGO customer service for support.
After pre-ride inspection, ride your mini bike in an open and
safe area to assess any alignment issue. If detected have mini
bike serviced. Contact EGO customer service for support.
Make sure the charge level is sufficient to complete the ride.
