Oven function selector
The temperature regulator allows temperature settings in the range
from 50°C to 250°C.

interior.

If the function selector is turned to this position, heating takes place
in the conventional way.

In this position, heating takes place only with heating from below. To
be used for baking, for example.
Heating from above
In this position, heating takes place only with heating from above. To
be used for gratinating, for example.

Switching the oven on and off
Observe the following when switching on the oven:
•
Set the required operating conditions of the oven: Temperature and heating
option.
•
Set the rotary switch function selectors and temperature regulator to the desired
position by turning them "to the right".
•
The oven has two control lights; yellow and red.
•
The yellow control light indicates that the oven is in operation.
•
When the red control light goes out, the set oven temperature has been reached.
•
If the recipe recommends placing the food in the preheated oven, this should not
be done before the red control light goes out for the first time.
•
During baking, the red control light will temporarily switch on and off (thermostat
function of the oven).
