• If you are trimming the lawn with a trimmer, be careful
near the boundary wire.
• If you want to use a scarifier, it is essential to cover the
boundary wire with a maximum of 3 cm of soil and
trample it down.
• Do not operate the mower on gravel.
BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER
Battery and charger
Ensure that your charger is connected to the local
power supply and that the connection between
the charger and the battery pack is correct.
Longer life and better performance can be
achieved if the battery is charged at an air
temperature between 18°C and 25°C. Do not
charge the battery at air temperatures below 5°C
or above 40°C. This is important as it can prevent
serious damage to the battery.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BATTERY IN
THE DEVICE
1. Do not disassemble, open or crush the
battery pack.
2. Do not short-circuit a battery. Do not store
batteries indiscriminately in a box or drawer
where they can short-circuit each other or
be short-circuited by conductive materials.
When the battery is not in use, keep it away
from other metal objects such as paper clips,
coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal
objects that can make a connection from one
terminal to the other. Short-circuiting the
battery terminals can lead to burns or fire.
3. Do not expose the battery to heat or fire.
Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
4. Do not expose the battery pack to
mechanical shocks.
5. If the battery leaks, the liquid must not come
into contact with the skin or eyes. In the event
of contact, wash the affected area with plenty
of water and consult a doctor.
6. Consult a doctor immediately if a cell or
battery pack has been swallowed.

7. Keep the battery pack clean and dry
8. The battery performs best when operated at
normal room temperature (20 °C ± 5 °C).
9. Only charge the device with the charger
specified on the mower. Do not use any
chargers other than those specifically
intended for use with the device. A charger
that is suitable for one type of battery may
pose a fire hazard when used with a different
type of battery.
10. Do not use battery packs that are not
intended for use with the device.
11. Keep the battery pack out of the reach of
children.
12. Keep the original product description for
future reference.
13. Dispose of it properly.
14. Exhausted batteries must be removed from
the device and disposed of safely.
15. If the device is to be stored unused for a
longer period of time, the batteries must be
removed.
16. Do not use modified or damaged batteries.
IMPORTANT
If the battery is to remain unused for a period of time, it
must be charged to approx. 50% and stored at room tem-
perature (5°C o 20°C). In the event of a prolonged period
of storage, the battery must be charged once per year in
order to avoid complete discharge.
