Connecting direct water supply
To connect the Humidifier to a direct water supply, do the following:
1 Connect the water stop to a threaded tap 3/4" external thread (OD26.441mm)
with one of the supplied rubber rings in between.
At the bottom of the water stop is a ring with numbers visible. Each number is
corresponds to 4.5 liter of water that can pass through the water stop before it
shuts down the water flow.
2 Place the supplied key in the key slots of the water stop.
3 Rotate the key until the pointer at the bottom of the water stop points at
number 2.
4 Screw one side of the Hale universal direct water connector to the direct water
inlet with one of the supplied rubber rings in between.
5 Connect the other end of the direct water connector to the water stop.
6 Open the water tap.
7 Check if the water stop connection is leaking.
8 If water leaks out of the water stop connection, carefully tighten the water stop
with pliers.
