8 TROUBLESHOOTING
8.1 WARNINGS ON THE DISPLAY
If one of the warnings still shows up after following the solution, contact an official
Hale dealer.

Cause
The float valve has detected a
low water level. The fan and
the rotating drum are switched
off and the Humidifier emits a
beeping sound.
The high water level sensor has
detected a high water level.
This means the water reservoir
is full.
The Humidifier has detected an
error or leak. All functions are
switched off and the humidifier
emits a beeping sound.
The humidity sensor is
abnormal.
Standard filter warning after
3600 running hours.
Solution
Fill the water tank or fill the
water reservoir via a Direct Water
Connection.
No action needed.
Check the humidifier for
leakages. If there are no leaks,
refresh the water and check if
the error disappears.
Contact an official Hale dealer.
Inspect inside of the machine
and replace filters after 3600
running hours. Reset the filter
warning by pushing the Auto
button for 10 seconds until you
hear a beep.
