Problem
There is no spark when the control
knob is pressed and turned
counter-clockwise to the «PILOT»
position.
There is a spark but no ignition
when the control knob is pressed
and turned counter-clockwise to
the «PILOT» position.
The flame goes out when the
control button is released.
Burner does not light
The burner flame goes out
immediately after ignition.

Probable cause
-Igniter electrode is incorrectly
positioned.
-Igniter electrode is damaged.
-Igniter cable is pinched or
damaged.
-The gas supply is closed.
-The control knob is not in the
«PILOT» position
-There is air in the gas pipe.
-Control button not pressed long
enough.
-Pilot does not touch
thermocouple.
-Thermocouple is broken.
- Thermocouple connection to gas
control valve is loose.
-Gas control valve is damaged.
-The injector is blocked.
-The pressure is too low.
-The pressure is too low.
-The passage through the main
burner is blocked.
-The pressure is too low.
-There is not enough air.
-The feed pipe is bent or damaged.
-Blockage in the burner injector.
-The burner injector is blocked.
-The base is not on a flat surface.
-Gas pressure is too low.
-Presence of residues from
manufacturing processes.
Solution
-Remplacez l'électrode de
l'allumeur.
-Libérez le câble de l'électrode. S'il
est endommagé, changez- le.
-Open the gas supply.
-Turn the control knob to the
«PILOT» position.
-Press the control knob when it is
in the «PILOT» position.
-Bleed the air by pressing the
control knob continuously until a
faint smell of gas appears.
-Keep the button pressed for about
30 seconds.
-The injector is partially blocked:
clean the injector.
-Gas pressure is too low.
-Replace the thermocouple.
-Tighten as much as possible (1/4
turn) with a spanner.
-Replace the control valve.
-Clean the injector.
-Change the gas cylinder.
-Leave the pilot light on for 10
minutes before setting the variable
knob to «LOW».
-Clean the main burner passage.
-Change the gas cylinder.
-Check for debris or dust in
the air corridors and clean with
compressed air.
-Straighten the hose and test for
leaks.
-Clean or replace the burner
injector.
-Nettoyez ou remplacez l'injecteur
du brûleur.
-Placez l'appareil à niveau.
-Remplacez la bouteille de gaz
-The smoke and smell will
disappear after about 30 minutes
of use.
