PROGRAMMING

Please operate the unit in the numerical order indicated.
The desired program can be played any number of
times in the sequence that you desire. (The unit can be
programmed for 16-track random memorization.)
Set the PROGRAM
MODE
switch to either the
PLAY, PAUSE or RETURN
STOP mode.
If the value of the Track
No. indicator
is ''0O",
memorization cannot be performed although the unit
is set to one of the above modes.
Memorization
cannot be performed
if either the
PLAY, PAUSE or RETURN
STOP indicator is blink-
ing.
. Press the INC button of the memory
switches to
select the track number to be memorized. (Each time
the INC button is pressed, the program number in-
dicator is sequentially incremented from Program 1
and the current indicator blinks rapidly.)
. Press the SET button of the Memory switches while
the Program Memory indicator is blinking, (The Pro-
gram Memory indicator temporarily lights up while
that program is being memorized.)
Repeat
the above
procedure
to memorize
the
desired programs. Up to 16 programs can be memo-
rized.
The TIME
DISPLAY
displays ' {Fr
" when
more than 17 programs are memorized, indicating
that the memory is full and that no more entries can
be made.
When
the disc is removed
and another
disc is
loaded, the contents of the memory are erased.
The memory is not erased if the same disc is reload-
ed.
Because the unit begins a new reading of the disc in-
formation, the memory indicator automatically re-
turns to the first program even if a track number
Jarger than the number of programs on the disc is
specified.
Pressing the FORWARD
or REVERSE
button can-
cels the PROGRAM
mode and restores the unit to
normal playback.
