14.1 Cleaning the grease filter
FIRE HAZARD!
Observe the filter changing and cleaning intervals. Failure to observe this may
result in fires due to accumulations of grease.

To do this, open the extractor hood by unfolding the cover and activating
the lock of the metal filter cartridge as described above.

Carefully remove the metal filter cassette.

Soak the filter in warm detergent solution and clean. Rinse thoroughly with
warm water and leave to dry. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents,
brushes or scouring powder.

Reinstall the filter in the reverse order.
After several cleaning procedures, the color of the filter may change. This is
normal and cannot lead to replacement of the filter under guarantee. It does not
affect the functionality of the hood in any way. If necessary, order a new filter
from After Sales Service.
