Gaspacho: 6 portions
2 cloves of garlic
1 average sized cucumber peeled and
sliced, ½ onion, 150 g of peeled and sli-
ced carrots, 600 g of tinned tomatoes
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard,
4 cl of olive oil, cumin, tabasco, pepper,
croutons.
Pour all of the ingredients into the
1.5 l jug, and then using the blender
shaft, blend it all together at Turbo
speed until the mixture is smooth.
Season to taste.
Mayonnaise
In the 1.5 l jug, pour one whole egg,
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard,
1 teaspoon of vinegar, salt and pepper
and 25 cm of oil.
Blend this all together using the blender
shaft until you obtain a nice firm
mayonnaise.
Tartare sauce
Using the 150 ml mini chopper, chop
twice 25 g of extra thin gherkins, some
chervil, some chives, some parsley and
some tarragon and then incorporate
all of this into the 1.5 l jug in which
you have previously prepared your
mayonnaise. Blend together using the
blender shaft.
Cocktail Sauce
In the 1.5 l jug, using the blender shaft,
mix a tablespoon of tomato sauce,
a few drops of red chilli sauce and a few
dashes of Worcestershire sauce for
20 seconds at speed 10 into the
mayonnaise.
3/ MINI-CHOPPER 150 ML:
Using this accessory, you can chop
following foods: parsley (10g),
garlic (40g), onions (40g), using a
series of pulses (at Turbo speed).
80 g of pork belly cut into 1 cm pieces
in 3 seconds (Turbo speed).
4/ Whisk:
Pancake mixture
200 g of flour, a pinch of salt, ½ litre
of milk, 40 g of melted butter, 3 eggs.
Place all of the ingredients in the
1.5 l jug then use speed 16 with
the whisk accessory.
