Affinity
Tone Audiometry:
1.
Open NOAH.

Enter patient data (see NOAH manual) or Double click on any client.
Place the headphones on the patient‟s head.

Instruct the patient how to use the patient response button when he/she hears a tone.
Open "Module Selection"

Select the "Measurement" tab.

Select the Affinity Icon.

Select desired user in user drop down menu (upper left hand corner)

Select Tone Audiogram
10. Select test ear and transducer in "Channel 1 Output" (upper left hand corner).
11. If masking is required select masking ear and stimulus in Channel 2 Output / Input
12. Present a tone with mouse or Crtl buttons (touch switches if dedicated keyboard is used)
13. Change stimulus level with arrow keys (up / down). Masking levels controlled by PgUp / PgDn
14. Store by shift + s or by right clicking mouse in stimulus field.
15. Manual frequency selection by arrow keys (<- and ->)
16. Save and exit by Save icon.
Notice: If the dedicated Audiometer keyboard is used, its functions will be dependent on the
programming that the selected user has entered as his default.
