1. General
The mobile diesel filling station is state-of-the-art
technology and complies with approved technical
safety regulations.
The filling station may only be used in a technically
flawless condition in the version delivered by the
manufacturer.
For safety reasons, the filling station must not be
modified (except for the addition of accessories
especially provided by the manufacturer).
1.1
Safety
Each filling station is tested for functionality and
safety before dispatch.
The filling station is safe to operate when used
correctly.
Incorrect operation or misuse poses a dangerous
risk with regard to:
•
the life and limb of the operator
•
the filling station and other assets of the ope-
rator
•
the function of the station.
In order to avoid risks to people, animals and
property, please read these operating instructions
prior to using the filling station for the first time, in
particular all safety notices.
Ensure that:
•
you understand all the safety notices
•
users comply with the valid rules of industrial
safety
•
users comply with personal protection
measures in accordance with the safety data
sheet of the fuel used
•
the operator of the filling station is informed
about the notices and understands them
•
the operating instructions are to hand and
placed near the filling station
1.1.1
Maintenance and monitoring
The filling station must be regularly checked to
ensure it is in a safe condition.
This review shall include:
•
a visual inspection for leaks (seal of filling hose
and fittings)
•
a functional test
•
completeness/identifiability of the warning,
mandatory and prohibitory signs on the filling
station
•
the mandatory inspections (for details see
chapter "Maintenance and inspection").

Using original parts
Please only use original parts provided or recom-
mended by the manufacturer. Also take note of all
safety and usage information provided with these
parts.
This applies to:
•
spare parts and wear parts
•
parts for accessories.
1.1.3
Operating the filling station
In order to avoid any hazards due to incorrect
operation, the filling station may only be operated
by individuals who
•
have read and understood the operating
instructions
•
have proven their ability to operate the equip-
ment
•
have been assigned to operate the equipment.

Important!
The operating instructions must be
available at the filling station so that they
are easily accessible to all users.
1.1.4
Warnings on the filling station
The warning signs on the station must always be
affixed and legible.
Signs affixed by the manufacturer:
Fire, naked light and smoking
prohibited
