DT-Mobil PRO PE
5.2.1
Storage
During transport and storage, do not expose the
DT-Mobil PRO PE to direct sunlight for an exten-
ded period of time. Excessive heating can lead to a
reduction in the quality of the fuel.
If overpressure occurs in the closed container as a
result of heating, it is released via vent valve C.
Suitable storage conditions:
•
Ambient temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C.
•
Level surface.
•
Hood for outdoor storage.
5.2.2
Loading the filling station
Risk of injury!
The cover must be closed.
5.2.2.1
Moving with pallet truck
The DT-Mobil can be moved with the pallet truck
on a paved flat floor. It is picked up between the
fork pockets on the underside.

Loading with forklift

Important!
For safe lifting with a forklift, use the fork
pockets provided as receptacles on the
underside.

Loading with crane
Danger!
Serious personal injury possible if a DT-
Mobil crashes.
Standing underneath the suspended
load while the crane is being operated is
prohibited.

Important!
Do not damage the cover with the crane
slings!

For crane operation, the crane hangers atta-
ched to the top of the tank must be used.
•
Attach 4 suitable
load-handling
attachments of equal
length to crane hangers
(minimum length 2 m).
•
DT-Mobil can be
loaded or
unloaded from
or onto the
transport
vehicle.
5.2.3
Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
•
Road traffic (licensing) regulations of the coun-
try concerned
•
CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing.
Use the crane hangers to attach the tension straps
when fastening them to the transport vehicle.

Important!
Form before force!
First, try to load the filling station using
a positive connection (e.g. by slinging to
the sides).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
