Change the batteries in the remote control
The remote control has deprogrammed itself. You
can reprogram the remote control following these
steps:
• Step 01-A: Press the wall switch so that the
lighr fan is on and there is power getting to the
product.
• Step 02-B: Within 5 seconds, press and hold
the "White light" button until the light flashes
3 times.
The light has burnt out. Contact us to purchase the
spare parts.

Make sure the assembly was done correctly.
The fan is uneven. Use the fan blade balancing kit
to solve it.
Troque as pilhas do controle remoto.
