8. It is recommended to wear gloves when removing microwaved food and be careful not to touch the
cavity wall.
CAUTION
Pay attention to the cooking conditions of food at any time and adjust it according to your taste
preferences. Avoid overheating. When heating porridge, it should be stirred evenly first and then covered
with plastic wrap (leave the corners raised for ventilation) or a perforated lid for heating.
9. Halfway through the defrosting time, open the door to turn the food over, so that the defrosting effect is
more uniform.
COOKING TIPS
The following factors may affect the cooking result:
Food placement
Place the thickest areas toward the outside of the plate, the thinnest toward the center, and spread evenly.

Cooking time

Once the cooking time has elapsed, leave the food in the microwave for a few more seconds, this will allow
it to complete its cooking cycle and cool down gradually.
How to know if food is ready
The color and hardness of the food help determine if it is cooked, other indicators would be:
- Steam comes out of all parts of the food, not just the edge.
- Chicken pieces can be easily moved
- In pork or chicken there are no traces of blood.
- The fish is opaque and can be easily cut with a fork.
Microwave-safe plastic wrap
When cooking high-fat foods, do not allow plastic wrap to come into contact with the food, as it may melt.
Microwave safe plastic kitchen utensils.
Some microwave-safe plastic cookware may not be suitable for cooking foods high in fat and sugar.
Additionally, the preheating time specified in the dish's instruction manual should not be exceeded.
