- The appliance must not be wall or ceiling mounted. It must always
be placed on a dry flat surface in a well ventilated area.
- Please do not use the appliance near a source of heat, such as fire
place, kitchen stove, heating appliance, etc.
- Do not use the appliance with wet hands or barefoot.
- Never touch the moving parts of the appliance. Never put your
fingers or any other object in the air inlet or outlet. Never insert any
object that might block or break the appliance.
- Check that the air outlets on the rear and front of the appliance are
not blocked. Do not cover the air in let or outlet when the appliance
is operating.
- Do not use the appliance in the bath or the shower or in rooms with
a damp atmosphere.
- High levels of humidity can contribute to the development of
biological organisms in the environment.
- The area around the humidifier should not be wet or damp. In case
of humidity, lower the flow rate of the humidifier. If it is impossible
to regulate the flow rate of the humidifier, use it intermittently. Do
not let absorbent materials, such as rugs, curtains, blankets, or
tablecloths, get wet.
- Switch off the device when filling and cleaning the tank.
- Never leave water in the tank when the appliance is not in use.
- Empty and clean the humidifier before storing it. Clean the
humidifier before next use.
- Empty the tank and fill it again every three days. Before filling, rinse
the tank with tap water or clean it with cleaning products, if this is a
requirement of the manufacturer. Remove scale, deposits or film that
has formed on the walls of the tank or its surfaces, clean them and
leave them dry.
Warning: Microorganisms that may be present in the water or in the
environment in which the appliance is used or stored, can grow in
the water tank and be projected into the air, causing a serious health
risk when the water is not renovated and the tank is not cleaned
properly every three days.
