8. SUPPORT AND WARRANTY
• This appliance is solely intended for domestic use and cannot be used for pro-
fessional purposes.
• The appliance is covered by a two-year warranty from the time of purchase,
which must be proven by proof of purchase. This period complies with the na-
tional regulations transposing Directives 2011/83/EU, 1999/44/EC, 1999/34/
EC on Consumer Guarantees and only applies if the consumer is a private
subject.
• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and is not valid if the damage
is caused by an accidental event, incorrect use, negligence or misuse of the
product. It does not cover materials subject to natural consumption or wear
due to use.
• Do not open or modify the appliance for any reason. In the event of opening or
tampering, the warranty shall be forfeited.
• After 2 years from purchase, the warranty expires, and technical support will
be charged. Information on technical support, be it under warranty or charged,
can be obtained by contacting Gabbiano S.p.A. at the address provided on
the last page. The consumer does not owe any form of payment for product
repairs and replacements that fall under the warranty. Do NOT ship directly to
Gabbiano S.p.A. but preventively write to service@elison.it. No warranty servi-
cing – including the replacement of the product or parts thereof – shall extend
the term of the original warranty of the product.
• The manufacturer disclaims any liability for any damage that may arise to pe-
ople, property and animals, either directly or indirectly, as a consequence of
failure to comply with all the requirements set out in these instructions, espe-
cially those concerning the warnings on installation, use and maintenance of
the appliance.
• Since Gabbiano S.p.A. constantly strives to improve its products, it is entitled to
modify all or part of its products without prior notice in connection to production
requirements, without holding Gabbiano S.p.A. or its dealers liable.
