Make sure that the EHEIM powerLED+ lighting is securely positioned in the profile ⑥ on the front
sides of the aquarium.
6. Commissioning
Filling the aquarium
CAUTION! Material damage.
▶ Do not use hard objects or cleaning agents for cleaning.
1. Before filling, thoroughly clean the aquarium with warm water and a soft, clean sponge.
2. Decorate the aquarium with gravel, stones, plants, etc.
3. Fill the aquarium with water to a maximum of 85 mm below the upper edge of the cover frame(⌦I).
Switching on the accessories
DANGER! Personal injury or material damage.
▶ Heed the operating manuals for the accessories, especially the chapters on safety, commissioning
and operation!
1. Switch on the accessories in the aquarium in accordance with the associated operating manuals.
Switching on the cabinet lighting
1. Switch on the EHEIM incpiraRGB cabinet lighting in accordance with the relevant operating manual.
Placing the cover (⌦F/G)
The cover ⑦ is narrower in width than the cover ⑧.
1. Place the cover ⑦ in the lower sliding surface of the cover frame.
2. Place the cover ⑧ in the upper sliding surface of the cover frame.
Opening/closing the cover
CAUTION! Material damage.
Condensation can form on the underside of the covers. When flipping open the cover, condensate can
accumulate and flow into the supply shaft.
▶ Only open the covers by sliding them sideways.
7. Maintenance
CAUTION! Material damage.
▶ Do not use hard objects or aggressive cleaning agents for cleaning the aquarium.
▶ The aquarium components are not dishwasher-proof! Do not clean the appliances or appliance parts
in the dishwasher.
1. Regularly remove lime scale deposits from the furniture and glass with a soft, damp cloth.
2. Regularly clean the sliding surfaces of the covers ⑦ and ⑧.
