Closed or pressurised system (direct from the water mains): for the water supply to the water
heater, it is recommended to install a relief valve (NOT INCLUDED) at the hot water outlet,
calibrated to (0.68 MPa) (7 kg/cm
IMPORTANT: when there is excess pressure, water flows out through the relief valve.
This is a normal mechanism and does not represent a default in the water heater.
Prevent undue water spillage by installing a drain pipe to the drain at the relief valve
outlet.
Failure to install the relief valve in a Closed System invalidates the warranty. Do not skip
this step. Maximum working pressure of 10,2 kg/cm (10,0 MPa). It is recommended that
at least once a year, to check the relief valve (not included) to ensure that it is in good
working condition.

IMPORTANT: it's recommended to use certified materials, designed and endorsed for
this type of installation according to the characteristics and required temperatures.
Important points for the installation:

Not using a well calibrated relief valve or an air tube could result in excess water
pressure in the system, which could damage the installation and the heater.
