Fitting the front foot to the frame (fig. 4)
Fit the front foot (1) to the frame (3) with 2 screws
M8x70, 2 washers 8 mm, 2 spring washers, 2 nuts M8
and tighten firmly.

Fitting the wheel support to the frame (fig. 5)
Mount the complete wheel support to the frame with
2 hexagonal bolts M8x70, 2 washers 8 mm, 2 spring
washers, 2 nuts M8. Tighten the screws firmly

Fitting the drum lower section to the frame
(fig. 6)
Place the drum lower section (7) with bearing support (6)
on the pre-assembled frame, tighten with 2 hexagonal
bolts M8x65, 2 washers, 2 spring washers and 2 nuts M8.
Secure with Ø42 spiral ring.

Fitting the mixing plant (fig. 7)
Secure the mixing plant (9) with 2 Phillips screws
M8x20 to the drum lower section with 2 washers, 2
spring washers and 2 nuts M8. Insert a rubber washer
between the mixing plant and the drum.

Assembling the drum upper section (fig. 8)
Place the rubber ring on the lower section. Put on the
upper section of the drum.
Attention! The glued-on arrows mark the exact align-
ment of the drum lower and upper sections. Align the
drum upper section and mount it to the drum lower sec-
tion using 6 Phillips screws M8x16 with washers and
tighten them.
Secure the mixing plant (9) with 2 Phillips screws
M8x20, 2 spring washers to the drum lower section with
2 washers, 2 spring washers and 2 nuts M8. Insert a
rubber washer between the mixing plant and the drum.

Fitting the grating disc (fig. 9)
Fit and tighten the grating disc (13) with 2 hexagonal bolts
M8x25, 2 washers, 2 spring washers to the swivel axle.

Fitting the swivel wheel (fig. 10)
Insert the spring, including the washer on the top of the
spring, into the sleeve of the tilt wheel. Slide the wheel
over the shaft with the larger diameter until the holes in
the bar match the drilled hole.
Insert a M10x65 hexagon screw with a flat washer and
a nut with a flat washer from the other side. Screw the
nut firmly onto the bar, but not too tight, so that the
wheel can still swing around the screw. Attach the
M10x30 cylindrical screws to the sleeve to adjust the
spring tension.
Remark: The wheel must be able to swivel around the
screw so that the eyelets on the bar can be connected
to or disconnected from the slots in the locking plate.
7.9
Fitting the engine housing (fig. 11)
Place the engine housing on the retaining plate, secure
with 4 M8 safety nuts incl. washers.
8. Operation
Only operate the concrete mixer if no parts (e.g.
protective covers) are missing or faulty and if the
connection cable is not damaged.
Setting up:
• Set up the concrete mixer horizontally on level, firm
ground.
• Do not set up the concrete mixer on the connection
cable!
• Lay the connection cable so that it cannot be kinked,
crushed or damaged in any other way.
Note:
The drum must be able to swivel to the right and
left. There must be space under the drum for a
wheelbarrow to empty it.
Switching on:
• Plug the device into the socket.
Switch on to "I" (green button)/switch off to "0"
(red button)
Adjusting the drum (fig. 12.1 + 12.2)
• To adjust the drum, pull back the side hand wheel so
that you can move the drum.
• When the drum is in the desired position, engage the
hand wheel again.
Filling
• Before filling, make sure that the opening of the
drum is aligned so that no mix can fall out of the
drum. (fig. 13)
• Fill the mix while the drum is running
(do not overfill the drum)
Caution! Danger from moving parts
Emptying
• To empty the drum, swivel it downwards
• Make sure that a sufficient container (e.g. wheelbar-
row) is present under the drum.
• Make sure that no mix can get onto the floor.
