If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-
acturer, ts servce agent or smlarly qualed persons n order to
avoid a hazard.
•
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before chang-
ing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
•
Never touch the plug with moist hands.
•
Never carry the unit by its power cable.
•
The socket has to be easily accessible so that the power cable can
be removed easily in case of emergency.
•
Never transport the unit during operation.
•
In the absence of supervision and prior to assembly, during cleaning
disconnect the unit from the mains.
•
This unit is suitable for grinding coffee bean exclusively.
•
Packaging materials must not be used for playing. There is a danger
of suffocation.
•
Do not attempt to grind ground coffee again.
•
A single grinding process should not exceed a duration of 1 minute.
Requirements on the installation location
For safe and fault free operation of the unit, the following require-
ments of the installation location have to be met:
- The unt has to be placed on a sold, fat, horzontal, and non-slp-
png surace wth a sucent weght-carryng capacty.
- Make sure that the unit cannot topple over.
- Choose the location in such a way that children cannot reach the
blade of the unit or the supply lines.
- Never use the unit outdoors, and always keep it in a dry place.
- The unit is not designed for installation in a wall or a built-in cup-
board.
- Do not set up the unit in a hot, wet or moist environment.
- The socket has to be easily accessible so that the power cable can
be removed easily in case of emergency.
