6 Description
6.1 Description of Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO
The Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO extends the pump functions to include:
• SBM collective run signal as potential-free NO contact
• SSM collective fault signal as potential-free NC contact
• Control input "Overriding Off" ("Ext. Off") for potential-free NC contact
• Main/standby operation with running time-dependent switchover for twin-head pump operation.
NOTICE
Utilisation of the Wilo-Connect module Yonos MAXO dispenses with external contactors and
other switchgears.

flashing Control input "Ext. Off" open.
off There is no fault.
on A fault has occurred: Pump not running/pump
faulty.
flashing Dual-pump function not ensured/faulty.

Only double pumps:

SBM master pump: Neither the main
pump nor the standby pump is in opera-
tion.

SBM standby pump: Standby pump is not
in operation.
Pump pumping, there is no fault.
Only double pumps:

SBM master pump: Main or standby
pump is in operation.

SBM standby pump: Standby pump is in
operation.
A fault has occurred: Pump not running/
pump faulty.
Double pumps only:
–
SSM master pump: One or both parti-
cipants of the double pump is/are faulty.

SSM standby pump: Standby pump is de-
fective.
