Using the directory and lists
Managing directory entries

View entry
Press the display key.

The following functions can be selected
with q:
Display Number
Edit or add a stored number. Then dial
or use other functions by pressing ©.
Edit Entry
Edit the selected entry.
Delete Entry
Delete a selected entry.
(directory only)
VIP Entry
Mark a directory entry as VIP (Very
Important Person) and assign it a par-
ticular ringer melody. You will now be
able to tell VIP calls from the ringer mel-
ody.
Precondition: this feature requires
Calling Line Identification ("CLIP").
(directory only)
Record Pattern
Record the name of the selected entry
and save it as a voice pattern (page 13).
Play Pattern
Play voice pattern (page 13).
Delete Pattern
Delete voice pattern (page 13).
Delete List
Delete all entries in the directory.
Available Memory
Display the number of entries that are
still available in the directory and e-mail
(page 13) directory.

Storing an anniversary in the directory
You can store an anniversary for every
number in the directory, and specify a
time when you will receive a reminder
call.

Scroll to the line Annivers.:.
Press the display key.

Change entries of more than one line:
Date:
Enter the day/month (4 digits).
Time:
Enter the hour/minute for the reminder
call using 4 digits.
Prompt:
Select the type of signal and press

Save the changes (page 10).
Note:
You must enter the time for a reminder call. If
you have chosen a visual signal it is not neces-
sary to enter a time and it will automatically be
set to 00:00.
Deleting an anniversary

Reminder call on an anniversary
A reminder call is signalled on the handset
with the selected ring tone.
Press the display key to end
