Thank you for purchasing a product from our company, the proper use of
this equipment is the warranty for your safety and health, please read the
following safety instructions before using this equipment:
1. It is very important to read the owner's manual before assembling and
using this equipment, its maintenance and normal use allow the exercise
to be safe and acceptable.
2. Before beginning an exercise plan, consult your physician to check your
current physical condition and confirm if the use of this equipment may
be damaging to your health. If you are undergoing any treatment for your
heart rate, blood pressure and/or cholesterol, your physician's advice will
be very necessary.
3. Pay attention to the signals in your body. The incorrect or excessive
practice of a sport may be harmful to your health. If you feel any of the
following symptoms: pain, chest tightness, palpitations, wheezing, light-
headedness or nausea, please stop the exercise immediately. If you need
to continue your exercise plan, first consult your physician.
4. Make sure children and pets stay away from this equipment, this product
is specially designed for adults.
5. Use a pad of solid and flat material as cushion to protect your floor and
carpet. For safety reasons, make sure there is enough room around the
equipment, at least 0.5m.
6. Before using the equipment, make sure every bolt and nut are tightened.
Please use this equipment carefully. If you find any defect while
assembling or using the equipment, or if you hear any abnormal sound,
please stop exercising immediately. Do not continue using the equipment
before solving the problem.
7. While exercising, do not wear loose clothing, it may get snagged in the
equipment or restrict movement. Exercising in an incorrect or excessive
way may be harmful to your body.
8. This equipment is for indoor and house use only. Maximum weight
capacity is 150 kg.
9. To avoid damage be careful when moving this equipment.
