Cleaning and maintenance
Water inlet hose
• Regularly check the water supply hose to make sure that it is
not weakened or cracked, and replace it if necessary using a
hose of the same type (available from the after-sales service
or an authorised dealer).
Screen filter for the water connection
• Check and clean regularly. For washing machines fitted with a
supply hose similar to the one shown in the illustrations:
1. Close the water tap and loosen the supply hose.
2. Clean the internal screen filter and screw the water supply
nozzle onto the water tap.
3. Now, unscrew the supply hose from the back of the washing
machine.
4. Remove the screen filter from the washing machine using a
pair of pliers, and clean it.
5. Replace the screen filter and screw the supply hose back on.
6. Open the water tap and check that the connections are not
leaking.
