Cleaning and maintenance
Once the error has been eliminated, press the «Start/Pause» button. If the error occurs again,
disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the error code «F14» is displayed
Door opening error.
Proceed as follows: Press the «Start/Pause» button. The washing machine will try to open the
door. The alarm will not switch off until the door is unlocked. Or, press the «On/Off» button
to restart the washing machine, in order to switch off the alarm.
If the error code F24 is displayed
The water level has reached the overflow level.
Remove it by pressing the «Start/Pause» button and resupply with water.
Select the program you want and restart the cycle. If the error occurs again, disconnect the
power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the other error codes from «F04» to «F98» are displayed
The electronic module has a fault.
Press the «On/Off» button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine.
Once the error has been eliminated, press the «Start/Pause» button. If the error occurs again,
disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the error code UNB is displayed
Unbalance alert.
Press the «On/Off» button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine. Open the door and move the
clothes again, then turn the program selector to «Dehydration» mode. Run the spin cycle again.
If the error occurs again, disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
After-sales service
Before calling the after-sales service:
1.
Try to resolve the problem on your own (see the «Troubleshooting Guide» section).
2.
Restart the program to check that the problem has been resolved.
3.
If the problem persists, call the after-sales service.
Transport/handing
Never lift the appliance by the worktop when transporting it.
1.
Disconnect the plug.
2.
Close the water tap.
3.
Disconnect the inlet and drain hoses.
4.
Remove any water trapped in the pipes and in the appliance (see the «Removing the filter»
and «Draining residual water» sections).
5.
Fit the transit bolts (required).
6.
Given that the machine weighs more than 55 kg, two people are needed to move it.
