depends on the criticality of the situation.

Yellow/double exclamation mark: high criticality.
It indicates that an issue will have an imminent impact on the intended treatment. It
requires your immediate action.
Multiple high criticality notifications are active.
Blue/single exclamation mark: low criticality. The issue does not imminently impact
a treatment but it requires your attention to ensure the correct course of the
treatment.
Multiple low criticality notifications are active.
