Safety Warnings
Always read the instruction manual before using the Gymform
Ab Generator®.
If you have any doubts about your physical fitness or if you are
suffering from any form of illness, always consult your doctor
before using the Gymform Ab Generator®.
If you are suffering from a herniated disc, consult your doctor
before using the Gymform Ab Generator®.
If you suffer from asthma or any other respiratory illness, con-
sult your doctor before using the Gymform Ab Generator®.
Always place the Gymform Ab Generator® on a flat surface.
Make sure children do not use the Gymform Ab Generator®
without adult supervision.
Do not use the Gymform Ab Generator® if you are pregnant.
Do not consume alcoholic drinks while using the Gymform Ab
Generator®.
Drink water after using the Gymform Ab Generator®.
The maximum weight allowed on the Gymform Ab Genera-
tor® is 105 kg (231.48 lbs).

Assembly
Unpack all the parts.
1. Attach the handlebars (6) to the frame (1), as shown in Figure A. To do so,
place the washer above one of the two holes and pass the handlebar screw (13)
through the handlebar washer (14) and into the hole. Screw it in tightly using the
screwdriver / Allen key (12). Repeat for the other hole.
2. Push the knee pads (2) onto the four knee supports (8). Make sure the blue-
coloured knee-support caps (9) are firmly in place.
3. Attach the shield (5) to the frame (1) and make sure it is screwed in firmly. First
position the small washers (16), then screw in the two shield screws (15) using
the screwdriver / Allen key (12). Make sure the small washers (16) are in place
before inserting the screws.
4. Insert an AA battery (not supplied) into the cyclocomputer (3) and slide it onto
the handlebar support (4) by means of the corresponding groove, as shown in
Figure A. Then connect the cyclocomputer cable (18) to the frame cable (17), as
shown in Figure B.

The Gymform Ab Generator® has six different positions (see Figure C). Five of
these positions are for setting the intensity of the workout, while the sixth is for
storage and allows you to fold the device and put it away. To select the desired
position, align the hole that corresponds to the chosen position with the hole on
the frame, and push the pin (11) through the two holes (see Figure C). Always
make sure the pin has been fully inserted into the hole.
Once you have assembled the Gymform Ab Generator®, you can consult the exer-
cise guide to begin your workout.
Storage
After finishing your workout, remove the pin (11), fold the Gymform Ab Generator®
and insert the pin into the hole corresponding to the storage position (hole number
6 in Figure C). The device is fitted with wheels (10), which allow you to move it
easily by simply pulling it along by the handlebars.
How to Use the Electronic Cyclocomputer
Buttons
MODE BUTTON: Use this button to select and lock the desired function. Keep
pressing the button until the cursor on the screen reaches the desired function.
RESET BUTTON: Press this button to return all the counters for your current
workout session to zero.
On-screen information:
• COUNT: Shows the number of repetitions performed in the workout (0 - 9,999
repetitions).
• TIME: Shows the amount of time spent on the workout (00:00 – 99:59 minutes).
• CAL: Shows the amount of calories that have been burned during the workout
(0 – 9,999 calories).
• STRIDES/MINUTE: Shows the rate per minute of the repetitions being performed.
• SCAN: When you activate this option, every four seconds the screen will show
information corresponding to the four areas above.
