1. Pull out the safety pins at A, B and C, as shown in Fig. 1.
2. Pull up the tether and open up the legs of the bench, as shown in Fig. 2.
3. Insert the safety pins at A, B and C to lock up the legs.
4. Attach the seat (E) to the seat frame with a screw (a) and a washer (b) and a nut (c).
5. Slide in the foam pads (d) onto the leg lever, as shown in Fig. 3.
Adjustment
The steps below explain how this preacher curl bench can be adjusted. Make sure that all
parts are properly tightened in each use. Replace any worn parts immediately. The surface
of this weight bench can be cleaned with a piece of wet cloth with mild and non-abrasive
detergent.
Warning: Do not use any kind of chemical solvents forcleaning.
