done with the cam located between the frame and the air pump. Cam connects the lever for amount adjustment of chemical agent
with the valve. The connector lever is hooked in the center hole of the cam by the manufacturer, which should provide suffi cient
valve stroke for most applications. Hooking the connector in the bottom hole of the valve stroke reduces this stroke, the hooking
in the upper hole increases the valve stroke.
To change the hooked hole, pull out the protective cotter pin which, and then secure it by installing the pin.
Adjusting the airfl ow (XIX)
In the case of using the sprayer as blower, the adjustment of blowing is carried out by the lever, by setting it into one of the
positions. The higher number the greater position of blown out air in the unit time.
Attaching the sprayer
Sprayer is equipped with two shoulder straps, which allows to set up the sprayer on the back. After putting the sprayer on
you should adjust the length of belt in such a way that the sprayer does not slide around on the shoulder while the freedom of
movement is assured. Soft pads located on the bearing strips should be placed on the shoulders of the operator of the sprayer.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
After each use the sprayer should be maintained.
Empty the tank for chemical agent, clean the tank and other components of the supply system of chemical agent. After cleaning,
you should open fully valves of the distribution system for chemical agent and run the sprayer for 2 - 3 minutes at minimum engine
speed.
After each use of the sprayer, air fi lter (XX) should be maintained. Remove the fi lter cover, then rinse the fi lter sponge in extraction
gasoline. Clean sponge should be squeezed out from the excess gasoline and the fi lter should be reassembled.
Fuel pollution adversely aff ect the life of the engine and other fuel system components. When storing the sprayer for longer than
a week, empty the fuel system. To do this, empty the fuel tank, then open the fuel valve and place a container underneath the fuel
fi lter. Press and hold the valve lever, until fuel ceases to fl ow out (XXI).
Condition of the spark plug should be checked once a month or at the time when there are problems with the engine ignition.
Remove the rubber cover of plug contact and remove the plug with supplied wrench (XXII). Check the condition of the electrodes
of spark plug. If you notice any contamination, you should try to clean the spark plug electrodes with a wire brush. When cleaning
does not provide the expected results you should exchange the spark plug for a new one. You should inspect the spacing between
the electrodes of the spark plug, the correct spark gap between the electrodes is shown on (XXIII).
When storing the sprayer for a long time, you should clean the outer surfaces of the sprayer with a soft cloth or compressed air
pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa. Preserve metal surfaces with anti-rust agent. Remove the spark plug and pour 15 - 20 g of oil
for two-stroke engines for the cylinder. Screw in the spark plug. Drain the fuel installation from fuel. Empty the tank and installation
of chemical residual. Cover the sprayer with plastic cover and store it in a dry, cool and ventilated place, which is protected from
access by unauthorized persons.
In the case of transport for short distances the sprayer should be moved in a vertical position, holding the handles designed for
that purpose or using belts. It is prohibited to transfer the sprayer wearing only one of the shoulder straps. During transport you
should avoid tipping and sudden movements. This prevents spills of fuel and chemical agent.
In the case of transport for long distances, drain the fuel tank and chemical tank before transporting the sprayer.
