TECHNICAL INFORMATION
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The electric bain-marie, referred to from now on as
the appliance, is designed and constructed for hea-
ting foods by the bain-marie method in the profes-
sional catering sector.
The appliance has two working sides, allowing
room-centre installation.
Main Parts
A)Well: in stainless steel
B)Heating: element control knob: for setting the he-
ating power.
C)Water drain knob: for draining the water from the
well.
D)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is rece-
iving electrical power.
E)Water temperature light: indicates that heating
of the water in the well is in progress.
F) Well filling button: for filling the well with water.
G)Container: for collecting the water drained from
the well.
