OPERATING PRINCIPLE
1. After assembling the appliance, place it on a horizontal and stable surface far from sources of
heat.
2. Connect the appliance to a power socket.
3. Turn the blender on:
o Speed 1: for low-density foods
o Speed 2: for very consistent foods
o P: to blend ice and for short, powerful impulsive movements. The switch is not permanently
activated in the "P" setting. The switch must be held in the "P" setting or repeatedly turned.
4. At the end of processing, always return the switch to position "0".
5. Disconnect the appliance from the power socket.
6. Turn the carafe assembly counter-clockwise to remove the carafe.
7. Do not use the appliance for more than 3 minutes continuously. Allow a 1-minute pause between
processing cycles.
HELPFUL ADVICE AND TIPS
•
For a more consistent mix, we recommend adding the solid ingredients into the carafe in small
pieces (2-3 cm) a little at a time, using the dosing cap.
•
When mixing solid ingredients, start with a small amount of liquid first. Gradually add more liquid
through the opening in the lid.
•
Always put your hand on top of the blender when using the device.
•
Exercise caution when processing hot liquids.
•
Remove any nuts from fruit before processing.
•
To blend solid or very dense liquid ingredients, it is recommended to use the blender in pulse
mode.
•
To blend ice and to process consistent products, use the "P" pulse function.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, always disconnect the blender from the power socket and leave it to completely
cool.
1. Cleaning the carafe
To clean the blades between processing cycles, fill the carafe halfway with water, place it back on
the motor body and set the switch to "P" a few times.
After processing, for thorough cleaning wash the carafe, the blade assembly and the lid with warm
water and dishwashing detergent, or in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 55°C.
HAZARD! Exercise caution when handling the chopping
blade.
2.
Cleaning the motor body
Clean the motor body with a slightly damp cloth.
