Problem
Power interruption.
Electrical short in power cord or in
washer.
Excessive discharge pressure
caused by partially clogged nozzle.
Low voltage.
Internal pump malfunction.
Spray gun valve malfunction.
Pump plungers - sticking to
packing due to drying.
Motor malfunction.
Clogged nozzle.
Clogged fan spray shutters.
Water in oil.
Nozzle not in "soap" position.
Too many hose extensions in use.
Solution
Reset GFCI. If problem continues,
contact your customer service or have
electrical system checked by a
qualified electrician.
Reset GFCI. Try again. If problem
persists, do not operate. Contact your
customer service.
Inspect and clean or replace nozzle.
Check electrical system requirements.
Check extension cords for proper
gauge.
Contact your customer service.
Replace gun.
Use a 4 mm hex wrench to manually
turn and free pump. (See Service
Section.)
Contact your customer service.
Clean nozzle. (See Service Section.)
Clean fan shutters.
Change oil. Do not direct spray at
washer.
Push adjustable colar forward. (See

Use only one hose extension.
