Intended use
This mobile diesel filling station DT-Mobil Easy is
an approved IBC (= Intermediate Bulk Container)
according to ADR for dangerous goods of packag-
ing group III (liquid, non-flammable, water-polluting
substances of low danger) as well as flammable
liquids with a flash point > 55 °C.
The collection, transport and removal container is
also suitable to be set up outdoors (observe envi-
ronmental conditions in section 2.1!).
Intended use (preferably) involves e.g. the follow-
ing liquids:
•
diesel fuel/heating oil
•
biodiesel

DT-Mobil Easy with ADR approval

Recognisable by the approval no. D/
BAM... ...on the type plate.
For tanks with ADR approval the following applies:
•
no restriction regarding direct consumption (i.e.
several refuelling points can be driven to one
after the other from the starting point)
•
no restriction regarding unloading at the refuel-
ling location, however:

In water protection areas only with the
use of a drip pan.
•
Labelling (stickers) required,
•
mandatory fire extinguisher,
•
possession of accompanying document (in this
case the transport document) is required (note
national exceptions!),
•
the "1000 points rule" according to table 1.1.3.6
ADR, i.e. total quantity per vehicle < 1000
points
►(for diesel fuel, 1 l = 1 point),
•
Repeat inspection 2½ years after date of manu-
facture by skilled and trained person required.
ADR approval expires after 5 years. After these
five years, the filling station may still be used in
accordance with regulation ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (see
sections 1.2.2 and 8.1).

In accordance with ADR 1.1.3.1 c) (Germany's
"craftsman regulation"), hazardous goods may
also be transported using containers without ADR
approval.
For containers without ADR approval the following
applies:
•
transport only for direct use with self-filling (i.e.
approaching only one filling point and filling not
carried out by a third party),
•
no labelling (stickers) required,
•
no requirement to equip with a fire extinguisher,
•
no supporting documents required,
•
permissible container capacity: max. 450 l, the
so-called "1000 point rule" also applies (see
Section 1.2.1),
•
no repeat test required,
•
no reduction in service life.

Summary
Any other use is considered inappropriate.
For safety reasons, the filling station must also not
be modified (except for the addition of accessories
especially provided by the manufacturer) – see
section 6.
Correct usage also includes compliance with all
information in these operating instructions.
