5.2 Loading/moving the tank
5.2.1 Loading by hand
Empty DT-Mobil Easy
can be loaded by hand
using the recessed grips
at the front and rear of the
tank.
Note the weights of the
empty systems:
• 125l = 24 - 27 kg
• 200l = 25 - 28 kg
• 430l = 45 - 58 kg
• 460l = 47 - 60 kg
• 600l = 53 - 66 kg
5.2.2 Loading with a forklift truck

Important:
For safe lifting with a forklift, use the
moulded recesses on the underside.
5.2.3 Loading with a crane
Danger!
Serious personal injury possible if a DT-
Mobil Easy tank falls.
Check that the 4 clamps are screwed
firmly and correctly in place before each
time the crane is operated.
Standing underneath the suspended
load while the crane is being operated is
prohibited.
• Fold up the four clamps
the container.
• Attach 4 load handling attachments.
• Unload or load DT-Mobil Easy
off/onto the transport vehicle.

Important:
Each load handling attachment (rope, belt,
chain) must be the same length (minimum
length: 1 m).

5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the applicable regula-
tions for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road traffic (licensing) regulations of the country
concerned,
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing,
• For the version with hinged lid, the lid must be
closed and locked.
To enable the tank to be fastened to the transport
vehicle by means of suitable tension belts, lay the
tension belts in the integrated recesses on the
tank.
