5.2 Loading the filling station

5.2.1 Loading by hand
Empty CUBE tank mobile systems can be loaded
by hand using the recessed grips on the sides of
the tank. Note the weights of the empty systems:
123 kg - 145 kg
5.2.2 Loading with a forklift truck

For safe lifting with a forklift, use the
moulded recesses on the underside.

5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the applicable regula-
tions for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• the road traffc (licensing) regulations of the
country concerned,
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing.
Use tension straps to secure the container in the
transport vehicle.
The vehicle surface on which the container is
placed must be level, load-bearing and free of
sharp objects.

Form-fit before force-fit.
First and foremost, try to load the filling
station so that it rests against one or
more sides (e.g. by slinging to the side of
the vehicle).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
