Wait 15 minutes until the current program stops. This process aids the
spontaneous removal of protective substances from the internal parts and makes it
possible to check for any factory defects. A slight smoke or odour may occur as a result
during this operation: this is neither critical nor evidence of malfunctioning and will
resolve itself spontaneously.
At the end of the program, remove the drawer, check the general conditions of
the appliance and wait for it to cool down. You can now carry out the normal cooking
operations.

USING THE APPLIANCE
Cooking involves placing the food inside the drawer and inserting it completely into
the compartment until it clicks into place, before any operation on the control panel.
It is possible, and in some cases at least advisable if so required by the nature of the
food, to preheat the cooking chamber prior to inserting the food, using a 3-minute free
program at a temperature of 180°, as described below. At the end of cooking, the
appliance stops all heating, emits a few prolonged beeps, turns off the heating
elements and, after a brief cool-down, goes into standby. At this point, the drawer can
be pulled out and the food inside can be removed and consumed, while the appliance
can be left to cool down, preferably with the drawer pulled out, for subsequent
cleaning.
After even just a short period of inactivity, the appliance will completely switch off,
even if it is plugged in, with the exception of the indicator light
by mode, tap the icon
set temperature of 200° C (icon lit) and the pre-set cooking time of 15 minutes (icon
lit), alternately. It is now necessary to program the cooking parameters and start
the process.
