When you are finished, set the drawer back in place and push it in until it clicks and
cooking restarts with the temperature and time remaining and preceding the
interruption.
2) Changing cooking parameters: During cooking, the food can be viewed from under
the control panel or during stirring, as described above. If deemed appropriate or
necessary, the remaining time or cooking temperature can be changed in either a free
program or a pre-set program to improve the result, tapping the icons , and ,
as described in FREE COOKING PROGRAM. The parameters will adapt to the new
choices and the process will continue until the end.
3) Spraying: The food can be manually moistened at will by simply tapping the icon
: the spray pump is activated and moistens the food for about five seconds, in the
same way as automatically occurs when the corresponding function is activated. If a
pre-set program is running that does not include the spray function (pizza or desserts),
the icon is off, since this function is not included; if the automatic spray function
has been activated, however, manual spraying is not allowed and tapping the icon
, even if lit, will have no effect.
4) Interior lighting: During cooking, the interior lighting allows the progress and
result of cooking to be monitored by checking the food directly through the clear
section under the control panel. At the end of the set program, the interior lighting
turns off, indicating that the food is ready.
5) Voluntary program stop: Should you wish to stop cooking while a program is in
progress, either because you consider the result satisfactory or because you wish to
program the appliance differently, you can stop it by pressing the icon . This
operation is not possible if the drawer has been pulled out: in this case, put it back in
place, pushing until it clicks, then tap the icon to perform the stop as described
above. When stopped, the icon flashes for about one minute, during which time
heating, but not ventilation, is suspended. This allows the fats in the food to stop
boiling, making them less dangerous during extraction. Once the minute has elapsed,
the appliance stops completely and the control panel turns off, except for the icon
. The drawer can now be extracted and the cooked foods removed.
6) Forced appliance power-off: If cooking needs to be immediately stopped,
normally due to programming errors and, consequently, cooking errors, the process
can be stopped and the appliance shut down. By tapping the icon for three seconds,
heating is stopped immediately, and ventilation within 7/8 seconds. The word "OFF"
is displayed on the control panel and the interior lighting turns off. The appliance is
switched off and any previous programming is deleted.
