8.1 Washer (15), lip upward
8.2 Packing cup (13), flat side upward

8.4 Packing cup (13), flat side first
8.5 Spacer (12), lip downward
8.6 Ball (16)
9 Screw seat assembly with primer T and
threadlocker into piston rod
9.1 Follow thread sealant manufacturer
recommendations
9.2 Tighten seat securely

12.1 Tighten valve body to cylinder and
at same time cylinder into body
12.2 Make sure to properly crush
gaskets
Connect air motor to
pump tube
13 Pull piston rod (5) from body (11)

14 Loosely screw tube of air motor onto

body of pump assembly
15 Screw air motor rod onto piston rod (5)
15.1 Make sure cotter pin holes align
16 Install clip (4) that secures air motor rod
to piston rod
